Our vision for our company began over drinks in 2017 as we dreamed about supporting organizations through creative learning that could help them better fulfill their missions. We also chose to operate with an intentional collective structure through which we prioritize transparency, shared leadership, and caring for one another in alignment with the equity principles we bring to our collaboration with partners.

 

Our name reflects our belief that meaningful insights arise when we:

• Explore both the things we expect and the things that surprise us

• Meaningfully engage people with a range of perspectives, especially those who are often left out of strategic decision making

Our women-owned firm is comprised of experienced social workers, facilitators, and public health practitioners, but we believe that you, your team, and your community are the true experts. We approach our partnerships with a deep appreciation for your ways of knowing, and we strive to cultivate a learning experience that feels useful and inspiring.
